If I have or develop exposure or symptoms of COVID-19, I will delay my appointment and resubmit this request at a later date. I understand that though all reasonable precautions will be taken by all parties, there is an inherent risk of infection through personal, air, or surface contact in receiving hair, grooming, and beauty services. I am requesting services at my own risk.
I have set aside a time block for my appointment (1 1/2 hour for men's haircuts, 2 hours for root color, 2 hours for women's haircuts, 4-7 hours for any specialized service) with no other competing obligations.
If I am a new color client, my first appointment will be a consultation. At this time I may receive a strand test to test whether my desired color is achievable. For any color corrections my second appointment will also include a color remover.
I have reviewed the current price list have a good understanding of the cost of my service.
If I cannot make my appointment, I will cancel no less than 48 hours prior my appointment. I understand that cancellations less than 48 hours prior to my appointment will push me to the bottom of the wait list and all other clients will receive appointments before me.
